Staff members are actively encouraged to study and obtain certifications. Financial bonuses are paid on the successful completion of a relevant industry accreditation.

Insitec junior staff members are buddied up with a more senior staff member to ensure our staff constantly learn and grow.

Insitec provide online learning opportunities, allowing staff access to their study materials in and out of the office.
